Price Policy
Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. Due to the influx of clients, Golden Touch accommodates all scheduled appointments and requires a $45 nonrefundable deposit to book any Consultation & Saturday sessions with our Electrologists. This allows us to secure your time slot and prevent cancellations/no-shows, as well as ensure all clients have opportunity to said time slot. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your contribution!
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and/or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. We understand emergencies may occur. Please contact us as soon as possible, and while we will try to accommodate your situation, the cancellation fee may still apply depending on case-by-case basis. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a prepaid deposit for future appointments. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Need to Reschedule or Cancel? Contact us. Late Arrival Policy
New Patients are to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time and established patients are to arrive 5 minutes before their session. We recognize unforeseen circumstances can cause anyone to be running late, and evaluate each case based on our schedule to accommodate you. A patient is considered late when arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time, when this occurs, treatment may not occur, it is up to the electrologist discretion to deduct time missed to see you. Rescheduling appointments is available if we cannot accommodate late-arrivals, please contact our office if you know you are running late! Thank you for respecting our time!
Code of Conduct Policy
Golden Touch visitors and patients are to refrain from unacceptable behaviors that are disruptive or pose a threat to the rights and safety of other patients and staff. Patients will agree to maintain a mutually respectful and courteous relationship between staff; we are dedicated on providing the highest quality of care to our patients and we respect a patient’s right to privacy (protected by Federal Law). Treatments will not be restricted, limited, or denied on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. Violators are subject to removal of premises or discharge from the practice, thank you for your cooperation!
